Role Summary
The Program / Project Manager serves as the single point of contact for all matters related to the Contractor''s performance under the contract. This individual has the authority to make decisions that are binding to the contract, is responsible for the timely completion of the project, and ensures all contractual obligations are met. The role is accountable for the overall project and acts as the primary escalation point for the client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance.
• Make contract-binding decisions on behalf of the project.
• Ensure timely project delivery and fulfillment of all contractual obligations.
• Track project milestones, including environment setup, data ingestion, migration, and go-live.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure alignment with the client''s PMO and change control processes.
• Provide overall project leadership and serve as the escalation contact for the client.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical delivery and contract management experience managing similar services and budgets, preferably within Medicaid or the healthcare industry and on projects of similar size and scope.
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years managing data platform or cloud programs.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience preferred.
