The Role • Build rapport with customers without making cold calls, focusing on sales. • Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage options. • Convert quotes into new policies, meeting sales targets. • Utilize compassion and persuasion skills to guide customers. • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, contributing to company success. • Engage with customers in both English and Spanish. What You'll Need • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. • 2 years of prior sales experience OR professional office/call center experience OR an associate's degree or higher. • Solid computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting. • High school diploma or equivalent.
