The Role • Lead and develop your store team, including supporting the assistant store manager. • Oversee store presentation, including ordering, adhering to display guidelines, and managing daily operations. • Take responsibility for personnel matters, including scheduling and fostering employee development. • Drive recruitment efforts to build and strengthen your store team. • Collaborate with regional management to discuss performance and store development strategies. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training, with prior experience in a similar retail management role strongly preferred. • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of responsibility. • Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback. • Availability for 40 hours per week, including regular weekends and evenings. • Willingness to complete an 8-week training program in one of their training stores. • Alignment with the company's core values: teamwork, discipline, cost-consciousness, simplicity, respect, and customer focus.
