With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for faster and more flexible movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Speed, product diversification, same-day delivery, volume, safety… these concerns are impacting a wide range of industries, from apparel, retail, automotive, to even electronics, energy and pharmaceutical industries.

This opportunity is intended for recent graduates. Candidates must graduate between August 2025 and August 2026 and must not have accumulated full-time professional work experience during or after their studies.
Your Tasks
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives, providing tailored solutions and ongoing support
- Act as the primary point of contact, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services to clients
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts, proactively recommending upsell or cross-sell options to enhance value
- Monitor account health, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for clients
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, offering strategic insights to clients
- Lead and implement change projects, optimizing system utilization and driving continuous improvement in client operations
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in project management, account management, or customer success, preferably within the automation or SaaS industry
- Familiar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written, to support daily operations and business negotiations. An additional European language is a plus
- Hybrid work model based in Dusseldorf, Germany
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as needed
