Senior Marketing Data Analyst

London | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 WFH)

Up to £75,000 + benefits

We're working with a leading customer experience and marketing analytics agency within a global network. The team delivers insight-led marketing effectiveness and customer analytics across a range of major client accounts.

This is a senior-level role focused on delivering insight, owning workstreams, and supporting junior analysts across multiple accounts.

Key areas:

• End-to-end campaign and customer journey analysis
• Marketing effectiveness and performance measurement
• Client-facing insight delivery and presentations
• Dashboard oversight and reporting quality
• Supporting strategic analytics across accounts

You'll act as a key point of contact on projects, translating data into actionable commercial insight.

• 3-5 years' experience in marketing/digital analytics
• Strong SQL and/or Python
• Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics or similar tools (essential)
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts
• Agency experience required
• Strong understanding of segmentation, measurement, and customer analytics

• High-profile client exposure
• Strong focus on marketing effectiveness and customer insight
