Temporary Multilingual Data Migration Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay: 20 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

We are seeking a Multilingual Data Migration Specialist to support a large customer data migration within our clients satellite communications operations.

Working remotely, you will be part of a dedicated migration team responsible for reviewing, validating and correcting customer information.

Strong attention to detail is needed along with excellent communication skills with the ability to work within clearly defined verification processes while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and confidentiality.

Core Responsibilities

• Verify, review and cleanse customer records in preparation for a migration to a new customer migration platform.
• Conduct outbound verification calls to UK and international customers and business contacts where additional information is needed.
• Validate customer contact information, service address, business details, account ownership and other vital operational records.
• Correct update, and standaridse customer data within internal data within internal databases and CRM systems.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated records and resolve discrepancies using approved verification methods.
• Document verification outcomes accurately and maintain a complete audit trail of all record amendments.
• Process large volume of customer records while consistently meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Escalate records requiring technical or operational support teams to ensure records are migration ready within project deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance when handling customer and commercial information.

Operational Requirements

• A reliable PC or laptop able to support remote admin work
• A stable high speed broadband internet connection
• Abiltiy to attend remote onboarding , training sessions and team meetings via Microsoft teams or other collaboration platforms.
