Senior SAP BASIS Operations & Incident Lead

The HR Ally is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Technical Specialist to ensure high availability and performance of SAP environments in a full-time Sydney-based role. The position focuses on critical incident management, outage resolution and continuous process improvement across SAP BASIS, ABAP, Java and Non-NetWeaver environments.

You will own and lead critical incident and problem management, analyse outage trends, and collaborate with ECS, Product Support and other technical teams to deliver
