The Role • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth strategies for a hospital. • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census. • Foster a culture of patient safety and care excellence. • Guide, train, and develop a business development team. • Analyze market opportunities and threats, collaborating with leadership on new initiatives. • Oversee key operational and financial metrics related to growth and admissions. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or as a nurse liaison. • Proven track record in leading sales and marketing efforts, preferably in healthcare. • Understanding of healthcare operations, including admissions, reimbursement, and physician relations. • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and managed care is a plus. • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
