MUST HAVES:

• Strong Oracle DBA experience (11g–19c)
• NoSQL experience (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.)
• 7-10 years of experience
• Database security / audit / compliance experience
• IAM / PAM / RBAC exposure
• Environment focused on regulated controls, auditing, automation, and secure database administration

 

Senior Oracle & NoSQL Database Administrator

 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle & NoSQL Database Administrator with deep expertise in secure enterprise database administration, database security controls, and operational governance across Oracle and NoSQL platforms.

This individual will be responsible for the design, administration, security, compliance, and operational integrity of mission-critical database environments supporting highly regulated enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings strong experience partnering with Security, Risk, and Audit teams while driving privileged access governance, audit remediation, and secure database operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Database Administration & Platform Management

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available Oracle environments (11g–19c) and NoSQL platforms such as MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, or similar
• Support mission-critical applications through proactive database administration and operational support
• Design and maintain backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery strategies
• Monitor database health, performance, storage utilization, and secure configurations
• Implement and support change management and release processes aligned with ITIL standards
