Solution Architect (React, Node, AEM) - Web Chassis Platform

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to take on the role of leading the architecture and evolution of our enterprise Web Chassis Platform. This position involves designing modern, scalable frontend and middle-tier architecture to power client-facing digital web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React, Node.js, AEM, and web chassis platform architecture.

Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture: Architect, design, and govern a high-performance, resilient Web Chassis platform leveraging React, Node.js, and AEM.

• AEM & Headless Integration: Design seamless integration patterns between AEM (as a content engine/headless CMS) and modern React-based frontends, micro-frontends, and Node.js middle-tier APIs.

• Design System & Component Framework: Drive the architectural vision for modular, accessible, and scalable UI design systems and chassis components across multi-tenant applications.

• Technical Standards & Governance: Define architectural blueprints, coding standards, CI/CD patterns, performance benchmarks, and security guidelines for engineering teams.

• Engineering Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering Leads to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable technical solutions.

• Performance & Telemetry: Optimize web vital metrics (LCP, CLS, INP), security protocols, server-side rendering (SSR), and caching strategies across CDN and edge layers.

Preferred Skills: Experience in designing enterprise-level web applications, knowledge of cloud technologies, proficiency in agile methodologies
