Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support complex business and technology initiatives within a Banking & Financial Services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, a solid understanding of system integration, data flows, interfaces, and cross-functional system interactions, and excellent executive communication abilities.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure effective alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders on complex integration initiatives.
• Analyze system interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and cross-functional system interactions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, leadership updates, and steering committee materials.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support solution discussions and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts across integrated systems.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Communicate project status, requirements, issues, and recommendations to leadership.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of System Integration Concepts.
• Experience with data flows, interfaces, APIs, and cross-functional system interactions.
• Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
• Executive-level presentation and meeting content development.
• Steering committee and leadership reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Workshop and requirements-session facilitation.
