The Role • Lead and develop a team of Membership Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional member experiences. • Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding process for new sales staff. • Implement effective coaching and training strategies to enhance team sales and customer service skills. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to address any performance gaps. • Ensure adherence to sales playbooks and quality control standards throughout the membership sales process. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that drives continuous improvement and retention.
