Required Skills:

• 12+ years of work experience in IT, including  5+ years of service-oriented solution architecture experience working on Applications, Data, Services and API initiatives.
• Bachelor''''''''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• Experience as a Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, with Architecture Patterns.
• Experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using various development languages; Event Driven Architecture and Mesh Architecture.
• Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for software portfolio, including authoring or managing the development of software designs, managing vendor evaluations, and justifying technical recommendations.
• Experience with providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, development, and frameworks, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads

• Experience defining a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, build vs. buy analysis, integrating COTS software packages, Software-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service components of the solution.
• Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures to technical assignments.
• Direct experience with Agile Lean Architecture.
• Strong collaborator with business and technical colleagues, adept at building rapport.
