Role Overview
The Finance Associate will play a key role across fund accounting, financial operations, and investor support. This is a hands-on, high-visibility opportunity offering broad exposure to finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions within a dynamic investment environment.


Key Responsibilities

Fund Finance & Operations

  • Manage expense allocation processes across funds and investment vehicles
  • Support quarterly reporting for funds and SPVs in partnership with senior finance leadership
  • Assist with capital call and distribution processes
  • Respond to investor and internal financial inquiries

Accounting & Compliance

  • Support annual audits, tax reporting, and regulatory filings
  • Lead capital call reconciliations and coordinate with fund administrators
  • Maintain and enhance financial data across reporting platforms

Treasury & Cash Management

  • Assist with payment processing, bank activity, and cash reconciliations
  • Support ongoing treasury management and liquidity tracking

Investor Relations & Systems

  • Maintain investor portals and support LP communications
  • Help resolve investor inquiries and strengthen relationships
  • Drive process improvements and enhance reporting workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in fund accounting, asset management, or allocator environments
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to private fund structures (capital calls, distributions, NAV)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and treasury processes is a plus
  • Interest in venture capital and high-growth sectors
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus
