Recruitment Consultant - All Levels

Location: Sheffield
Salary: Negotiable DOE + Uncapped Commission

The Role

  • Develop new business and grow existing client relationships
  • Source, interview and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Manage the recruitment process from attraction through to placement
  • Ensure a compliant and professional recruitment service

  • Recruitment, sales or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Driven, proactive and target-focused
  • Passionate about delivering results and exceptional service
