About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Professional Structural Engineer (PE) to join a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm. The selected candidate will lead structural design and analysis for commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, and public-sector projects while collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations.
• Design structural systems using steel, reinforced concrete, wood, and masonry.
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Review structural calculations and design documents.
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction inspections.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs).
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and engineering standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Civil Engineering (Structural emphasis preferred) or related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License (required).
• Strong expertise in:
  • Structural Analysis
  • Steel Design
  • Reinforced Concrete Design
  • Wood Design
  • Masonry Design
  • Mechanics of Materials
• Experience preparing structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with:

• Revit
• RAM Structural System
• RISA
• Enercalc

Ideal Candidate

• Active PE license.
• Experience designing commercial and institutional buildings.
• Strong structural engineering and analysis background.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, RAM, RISA, and Enercalc.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Stable employment history with increasing engineering responsibilities.
