The Role • Conduct train operations safely and in compliance with all regulations for passenger transport. • Operate trains within the national network of a prominent European rail provider, starting from Hamburg. • Maintain reliable communication with the control center, colleagues, and passengers. • Ensure punctual and efficient train operations. • Perform preparatory and concluding tasks to guarantee operational readiness. • Contribute to a positive and professional passenger experience. What You'll Need • Completed training as a locomotive engineer (TfV Class A+B1 or VDV 753 Class 3). • Preferably several years of experience in railway operations, ideally in passenger transport as a locomotive driver. • Route knowledge around Hamburg is a plus. • A high level of safety and responsibility awareness. • Strong communication, service-oriented, and team player skills. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Motivation to be part of a sustainable mobility transformation.
