Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing technical operations, with strong technical writing and protocol authoring skills.
• Hands-on experience with deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, SIM systems, and process validation.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and experience developing/reviewing SOPs, protocols, and batch records.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
