Enterprise Release Manager – Guidewire

We are seeking an Enterprise Release Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide releases across the Guidewire platform, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end Guidewire releases.
• Ensure successful deployment across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Data teams.
• Collaborate with business, development, QA, infrastructure, and PMO stakeholders.
• Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, and production readiness.
• Drive release governance, change management, and post-release reviews.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Release Management experience.
• Strong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and Guidewire Data.
• Experience managing complex enterprise software releases.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and release management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
