Job Description

Role: SAP OTC Consultant
Location: Boston, MA - 100% Onsite
Duration: 6 Months

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP SD and end-to-end OTC processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Orders, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Returns, Customer Master, and Credit Management.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC and Fiori applications.
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM.
  • Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs, and SAP integration concepts.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with ABAP teams.
  • Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SD/OTC Certification and SAP S/4HANA experience are preferred.
