Job Description
Enterprise Applications Training Specialist
Lewisville, TX | Onsite | 12+ Month Contract
iSphere is looking for an Enterprise Applications Training Specialist who believes the best training doesn''t end with, "Any questions?" It ends with people actually feeling confident enough to use the software.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys teaching just as much as they enjoy technology. You''ll help roll out enterprise applications across the district by creating engaging training materials, producing instructional videos, leading both in-person and virtual training sessions, and serving as a trusted resource for users long after implementation.
If you''ve ever been the person everyone comes to because you can explain complicated software without making people feel complicated, you''ll probably enjoy this one.
What they''re really looking for:
• Bachelor''s degree required (teaching certification is a plus)
• 4+ years of experience in software training, instructional design, technical documentation, or a related field
• Experience delivering instructor-led and virtual software training
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Experience creating online learning content and training materials
• Video production and editing experience from concept through final delivery
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Skyward, Kronos, ERP, SIS, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
You''ll spend your time:
• Designing training programs and curriculum for enterprise software implementations
• Creating user guides, documentation, quick reference materials, and video tutorials
• Delivering engaging training sessions for district staff
• Working with subject matter experts to turn technical knowledge into practical learning experiences
• Producing training videos from scripting and recording through editing and post-production
• Supporting technology implementations and enterprise application rollouts
• Assisting users with questions, troubleshooting, and technology support tickets
• Evaluating new training tools, technologies, and creative ways to improve learning
The right person for this role enjoys helping others succeed. They''re comfortable standing in front of a classroom one day, editing a training video the next, and rewriting a user guide because they know there''s a simpler way to explain it.
Around here, good training isn''t measured by how many slides you presented. It''s measured by how few help desk tickets show up afterward.
If you''re passionate about technology, enjoy teaching, and like turning "I have no idea how this works" into "I''ve got it," we''d love to talk with you.
