Shift Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Location: Salisbury Area<br />Salary: £37,000 Basic + £7,000 Shift Allowance (£44,000 Package)<br />Shift Pattern: Days &amp; Nights | Static Site Are you a Shift Engineer looking for a stable static role with excellent earning potential? We're recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management team supporting a highly secure, specialist environment in the Salisbury area. This role would suit an engineer with a mechanical bias or a strong building services/fabric maintenance background. You don't need to be heavily technical — the focus is on monitoring systems, responding to alarms and ensuring the smooth operation of the site. The Role

• Monitor the BMS (Building Management System) and respond to alarms
• Identify issues and escalate faults when required
• Carry out basic mechanical and building services checks
• Complete routine site inspections
• Support planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate records and update reports
• Work alongside the wider engineering team to ensure site compliance What We're Looking For
• Experience within Facilities Management, Building Services or Commercial Maintenance
• Mechanical bias preferred, although a strong general maintenance background would be considered
• Comfortable using or monitoring BMS systems
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Able to work a shift pattern covering both days and nights
• Willingness to obtain BPSS security clearance What's on Offer
