This is an exciting opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys working operationally, building strong relationships and making a real impact. Develop trusted relationships with managers, coaching and supporting them to build confident leadership capability.
Lead the Resort's recruitment and onboarding activity, ensuring we continue to attract and retain exceptional talent.
Champion Team Member engagement through initiatives including job chats, feedback and wellbeing activities.
Support the implementation of Group HR initiatives, ensuring policies, procedures and best practice are embedded across the Resort.
Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, helping to create an environment where everyone feels valued and able to succeed.

About You
You'll be an experienced senior HR professional with a broad generalist background and strong practical employee relations expertise. You'll have the confidence and judgement to manage complex matters independently, support senior operational leaders and step across both Resorts when the needs of the business require it.

You'll be practical, approachable and commercially aware, with the confidence to provide sound advice, challenge constructively where needed, and work collaboratively to find positive solutions for both our Team Members and the business.
