They are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join their dynamic team, focusing on the critical Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) within their state-of-the-art data centers. The Role • Deploy, service, and upgrade BMS and EPMS systems across multiple data centers. • Perform point-to-point checkouts and first-line diagnostics for control systems. • Install, replace, configure, and calibrate sensors, and assist with commissioning. • Mentor and train facility team members on system operations and controls. • Read and understand electrical schematics and control panel drawings. • Supervise low-voltage electrical contractors and ensure compliance with requirements. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent; Technical (Military/Trade School) diploma or Associate degree with relevant experience. • Minimum one year of experience with industrial instrumentation/controls or critical electrical/mechanical systems. • Minimum one year of experience with computer components and operating systems. • Ability to work at heights, walk uneven terrain, and lift up to 49 pounds. • Basic understanding of industrial control systems and programming. • Experience in a data center or mission-critical environment is preferred.
