Job Title: UI Architect
Location: Richardson, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on UI Architect with strong expertise in React.js and Micro Frontend (MFE) Architecture to lead the design and development of modern, scalable enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend architecture, experience translating Figma designs into responsive applications, and expertise with Webpack Module Federation.
Candidates with full-stack development experience using Java and Spring Boot are highly preferred. Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance React.js applications using Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.
- Define frontend architecture standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Build reusable UI components and shared libraries.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive applications.
- Implement and maintain Webpack Module Federation for Micro Frontend integration.
- Work with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and enterprise services.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC.
- Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms to improve development productivity.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 7+ years of experience as a UI/Frontend Architect or Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Extensive experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Webpack and Module Federation.
- Experience converting Figma designs into responsive, production-ready applications.
- Strong knowledge of Redux, Context API, React Hooks, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-stack development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and authentication frameworks (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
