Position Details
Role: Senior Marketing Manager (Contract)
Rate: $55/Hr on 1099
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
Start: Mid-September 2026
Duration: 6+ months contract 
What You''ll Do
  • Own and execute B2B SaaS product marketing initiatives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans
  • Create messaging, positioning, value propositions, and sales enablement assets
  • Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns and product adoption
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Creative, and Strategy teams
  • Work independently in a lean, execution-focused marketing team
Must-Have Experience
  • Strong B2B SaaS / Technology Product Marketing
  • Hands-on GTM execution (not just managing teams)
  • Product positioning & messaging
  • Sales enablement (battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers)
  • Competitive & market research
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Sales
  • Partner marketing experience is a strong plus
  • PropTech / Real Estate Technology is a bonus, not required
