Position Title: Broker Service Officer / Credit Analyst

Department: Australian Mortgage

Person Specification, Competencies, and Attitudes

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional

Proactive and able to take necessary actions and make decisions to meet objectives and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail when reviewing important documents, identifying errors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high accuracy through meticulous validation.

Well-organized and able to manage and resolve conflicting priorities effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

2+ years' experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry (AU loan processing)

Experience using aggregator CRMs such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, or SalesTrekker

Familiar with project/task management tools (, Trello, Airtable, etc.)
