Job Description

Field Service Engineer

Full-time; Permanent

North West

Generator experience (20kVA-3000kVA)?
Full UK driving licence

What's in it for you

What will you be doing?
  • Service, maintain and repair generators
  • Fault find mechanical and electrical issues
  • Load bank testing and routine servicing
  • Work across major engine brands
  • Work with control systems (DSE; ComAp; DEIF)
  • Support installs; upgrades; overhauls

Where will you be doing it?
  • Field-based role within a close-knit service team; working across customer sites with some time in the Wirral workshop; fast-paced, hands-on, customer-facing environment.

What will you need?
  • 5+ years generator experience
  • Electrical qualifications
  • Strong mech + elec fault finding
  • CSCS or ECS card
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:
Controls experience; BS7909; towing or C+E licence
