SAP FICO Support (Finance)

Must-Have Skills:

• 0-3 years of experience in SAP FICO, ERP, finance systems, or business analysis, with a basic understanding of SAP FI/CO modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Centers.
• Strong understanding of finance/accounting processes, with experience supporting production issues, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end/year-end close activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, IDocs/interfaces, data migration, or ABAP, including SAP FICO certification or formal training.
• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, or R2R processes, financial reporting, or prior experience supporting ERP implementations/enhancements.
