Seeking an experienced IFS ERP Administrator to serve as the primary technical and functional expert for the company''s IFS ERP environment. This individual will support Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Operations by administering the system, developing reports, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of the ERP platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer IFS ERP user accounts, roles, and security permissions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports, IFS Quick Reports, and Visual Studio reports.
  • Create functional and technical specifications for customizations and enhancements.
  • Configure, test, and deploy IFS patches, upgrades, and system improvements.
  • Develop business solutions to improve Finance and Manufacturing processes.
  • Write SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts to support reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Support month-end financial close activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP production issues.
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Lead change management initiatives and coordinate ERP-related projects.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing data and reporting.
  • Train end users and promote best practices across the ERP system.
  • Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting IFS Applications (Apps 10 or newer).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL scripting.
  • Experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • Experience developing reports using Crystal Reports, SSRS, Visual Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Understanding of manufacturing and business processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Experience with ERP upgrades, patches, and system configuration.

Education

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Additional Information

  • Minimal travel (less than 5%).
  • No direct reports.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required during upgrades, month-end close, or critical production issues.
