This is an opportunity to take ownership of HR across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership to develop processes, support managers, and create a positive employee experience.

We're open to applications from experienced HR Managers, but we'd also love to hear from confident and capable HR Advisors who are ready to take the next step into their first HR Manager position.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on HR generalist position where you'll be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping to professionalise and improve HR processes across the business.

• Managing recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues.
• Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating training and development activities.
• Supporting performance management and appraisal processes.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
• Acting as a trusted HR advisor to managers and senior leaders.

About You

• Experienced within a broad HR generalist role.
• Knowledgeable in UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
• Motivated by working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
