Job Overview

We are looking for a GenAI Developer with strong software development experience and hands-on exposure to Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices, along with experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using Azure AI and the Azure Cloud ecosystem.
• Work with OpenAI models on Azure to build AI-enabled applications and business solutions.
• Develop AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing and new applications.
• Apply software engineering best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and Microservices.
• At least one candidate/team member must have concrete Machine Learning experience.
• Experience developing Generative AI applications using Azure AI and Azure Cloud is highly preferred.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot engineers with the ability and interest to develop OpenAI-based applications on Azure will also be considered.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph is highly valued.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications in cloud environments is essential, particularly for candidates without prior GenAI development experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
