Role: SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Montvale, NJ or Chicago, IL – Hybrid
Duration: 6 months contract
 
Job Description:
Seeking a senior SAP HCM Time Management/CATS Functional Consultant to lead design, configuration, and support.

Key Skills:

  • Strong SAP HCM Time Management with CATS expertise
  • CATS profiles, data entry, workflows, validations, and integrations
  • Integration with Payroll, Project Systems (PS), and Controlling (CO)
  • Requirements gathering, configuration, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
  • Functional specifications, testing, UAT, and defect resolution
