Job Summary
As a Marketing Specialist at Hellbender, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and support business growth. You will create compelling content, manage marketing campaigns, coordinate communications activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership, working across teams, and translating complex technical concepts into clear and engaging messaging.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and other communication channels
Use AI copywriting and content tools to draft, iterate and personalize campaign assets, then apply human judgement to refine tone, accuracy and brand fit
Create compelling marketing materials including website content, blog posts, newsletters, presentations, case studies, sales collateral, and promotional assets
Support go-to-market activities for Hellbender products by collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams
Manage and maintain digital marketing assets, brand materials, and content libraries to ensure consistency across channels
Assist with content strategy and storytelling efforts that communicate Hellbender’s technology, mission, and customer impact
Support event marketing activities including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer outreach initiatives
Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on brand and on schedule
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, customers, and external stakeholders
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience creating marketing content across multiple channels, including digital and print
Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Experience managing digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, or website content management systems
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams
Previous marketing experience in the tech or manufacturing industry is a plus
Compensation
Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience between $65,000 to $80,000
