Job description

Job Role: Data Analyst

Location: McLean, VA (Full-time on-site)

Assignment Type: CTH

Only Locals to VA/DC/MD (within 40 miles)

Must Have Qualifications: Must have 2–4 years of experience automating manual processes in Excel, building Power BI dashboards (including integration with Excel and SharePoint), and performing accurate data analysis with strong attention to detail. Proven ability to compare datasets, identify trends, and effectively present insights to executive leadership; experience with Jira and infographics is a plus.

Process Optimization: Map existing manual processes, identify bottlenecks, and build end-to-end automated solutions to reduce turnaround time and human error.
Automated Reporting: Set up scheduled, self-refreshing dashboards and automated report delivery to key stakeholders.
