The Role • Conduct NDT inspections using methods such as Radiographic Testing (RT) and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) in accordance with aerospace standards. • Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results to ensure compliance with specifications. • Calibrate and maintain NDT equipment to ensure accuracy and optimal performance. • Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, nonconformance documentation, and traceability records. • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to assist with defect analysis and process improvement. • Provide guidance and support to Level I personnel and training activities. What You'll Need • NDT Level II certification in at least one method (PT, RT) per NAS 410, SNT-TC-1A, or equivalent. • Minimum of 2-3 years of NDT experience, preferably within the aerospace sector. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and process standards. • Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and defect types. • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency with inspection equipment, calibration, and digital reporting tools.
