Automation QA with AI

Role: Automation QA Expert (AI)

Location: Remote

• Lead the transformation of legacy test automation frameworks into scalable, AI-enabled automation platforms leveraging modern tools, reusable components, and cloud-native architectures.
• Utilize Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate test design, script generation, test data creation, defect analysis, and automation maintenance, improving productivity and test coverage.
• Design and implement intelligent test automation solutions across UI, API, data, and integration layers using contemporary automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive automation architecture, framework governance, and best practices, ensuring maintainability, reliability, observability, and seamless integration with DevSecOps processes.
• Partner with development, product, and quality engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, reduce technical debt, and establish next-generation quality engineering practices that improve release velocity and software quality.

Key Skills: AI-assisted testing, GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.), Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, API automation, CI/CD, DevOps, Python/Java/JavaScript, test framework modernization, quality engineering transformation.
