The Role

• Design, create, and implement marketing strategies with a focus on content, creativity, and visual appeal.
• Contribute to the development and conceptualization of innovative marketing and sales strategies, including brand and category management.
• Plan and execute sales and communication strategies, encompassing all B2C initiatives.
• Analyze and optimize product assortments, manage product lifecycle, and advise on merchandising.
• Create and analyze reports to measure the success of marketing efforts.

What You'll Need

• Completed secondary school qualifications (e.g., (F)Abitur) or a qualified vocational qualification and state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong interest in advertising, marketing, and sales, coupled with an economic mindset.
• Good organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for teamwork and creative work.
• Good to very good English language skills.
• Familiarity with systems such as CMS, HTML, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Typo3, or Illustrator is advantageous.

• Monthly remuneration ranging from €320 - €375 gross, depending on the partner company.
