Role: Maximo AMS Support Executive

Location: Glendale, WI (Onsite)

Type of Employment: Contract

Role Descriptions:

• Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add-ons.
• Hands-on approach with agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and 3rd party stakeholders.
• Liaison with client and other teams for decision-making.
• Review report compliance with delivery milestones and plan-ahead for subsequent quarters.
• Status reporting to client and TCS management on the project activities.

Essential Skills:

1. Maximo Implementation Upgrade Support experience 7.6 or higher.
2. Experience of implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end-to-end (preferably for a Manufacturing Customer).
3. MAS 89 hands-on experience and certification (preferable).
4. Hands-on experience in Azure DevOps platform.
5. Experience of end-to-end Maximo implementation for Manufacturing Customers
6. Experience of conducting requirement| design and acceptance workshops for Rail customers
7. Experience in conducting training on Maximo for Manufacturing Customers
8. Knowledge of Infrastructure planning (middleware| database| server etc.)

• Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
• MAS Health Monitor
• MAS Predict MRIO (preferable)
• Database DB2
