Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer is responsible for the quality control of a repackaging process including repackaging quality, data management, problem solving and tracking and incoming material quality management of the production base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in quality management and quality tools and principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for control and quality management of production line processes.
- Monitor and manage SPC (Statistical Process Control), FAI (First Article Inspection), MES (Manufacturing Execution System) inspection, FIFO (First In, First Out), error proofing, rework, and equipment qualification.
- Ensure all quality-related activities are performed effectively and in compliance with company standards and requirements.
- Perform quality risk identification and initiate quality improvements.
- Manage changes in the production process and ensure implementation of process response plans.
- Provide training and support to enhance the PQE technicians' overall competency.
- Support process audits such as LPA (Layered Process Audit).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production quality control or quality assurance, particularly in the vehicle manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of the basic principles of battery operations.
- Familiar with the basic characteristics of communication faults and mechanical structure failure.
- Proficient in product failure analysis methods.
- Proficient in quality analysis and improvement tools such as: 8D (8 Disciplines Problem Solving), Six Sigma, SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong data analysis and processing abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required.
- Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
- Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
