Business Analyst Brent £ 33.67ph Full time Job Purpose:

To support the delivery of the Digital Transformation Programme through implementation of a range of analysis and solution design activities, spanning a wide range of services.<br />This role carries a broad range of responsibilities, including researching and analysing statistical data; customer journey mapping, designing and documenting work-streams and process flows; compiling trends, performance reports and analyses; developing business focussed solutions and consolidating customer insight.<br />This role will support an ambitious schedule of workshops, and take responsibility for the production of all workshop outputs to a high level of quality.

This includes minutes, actions, ideas and suggestions.

The role will analyse the information to produce business requirements, and to record risk, issues and actions, for use by the programme.<br />To work with the digital transformation team and various services to convert workshop notes, sketches and process maps into user stories.<br />To find out more information please contact (url removed) Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices.
