Job Description

Our client is a major global player in the food manufacturing industry, operating across multiple international markets.


Working within the global R&D division, this newly created R&D Process Engineer role focuses on developing innovative manufacturing processes, products, and technologies that improve customer productivity and create competitive advantage. Working on-site and involving international travel, you'll lead projects from concept and laboratory testing through to pilot plant trials and commercial production.


The role would suit an engineer or scientist from food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, polymers, or extrusion technology, with experience in process engineering, product development, technology scale-up, and a strong innovation mindset.


Qualifications:

  • Qualification in an Engineering or Food Technology related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in process engineering within a manufacturing or R&D environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative engineering solutions.
  • Experience designing, testing, and optimising manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Background in food, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, polymers, or extrusion technology preferred.

What Our Client Offers:
