Compassionate In-Home Caregiver – 12-Hour Shifts
Pay: $20 – $23/hr + Incentives
Location: Rancho Santa Fe, and La Jolla, CA

What You'll Do
- Brighten Days: Deliver compassionate companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support.
- Personal Care Assistance: Help with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meal preparation.
- Specialized Care: Provide dignified, tailored support for clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or Parkinson’s.
- Transportation & Errands: Safely drive clients to medical appointments and daily errands.
- Home Comfort: Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming home environment with light housekeeping.
What We Offer

- Flexible Scheduling: 12-hour shifts available (Day: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM | Night: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM).

- Experience providing memory care (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).
- Ability to assist with client mobility, transfers, and physical support (up to 100–150 lbs).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Environment: Comfort working in a residential setting where tobacco/smoking may be present indoors.
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to transport clients (mileage reimbursement provided).
- Smartphone with active internet access.
- Preferred (Not Required): CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, or AED certifications.
Cheer Offers:
- Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
