The Role • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership. • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction. • Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom. • Manage incoming goods, display products, and monitor expiration dates. • Replenish produce and bakery items, ensuring freshness. • Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience in retail or a related field. • A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to work diligently and contribute hands-on. • Flexibility, team spirit, organizational skills, and leadership experience. • Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) to ensure smooth communication with customers.
