Job Description

Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Organize and schedule meetings with key business stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements.
Work with leadership teams to create prioritized lists of business and user needs.
Perform deep-dive analysis of business problems and provide actionable recommendations.
Present analytical findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Build ad hoc and recurring reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
Identify root causes of business issues and develop supporting data analysis.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven processes and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with database design and data modeling.
Advanced SQL experience.
Experience with BI and analytics tools such as:
- SAS
- Tableau
- Cognos
- Spotfire
- Alteryx
- Knime
Experience building statistical models and deriving insights from historical data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise data engineering or analytics organizations.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into analytical solutions.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in large-scale data and analytics environments.
