Microsoft 365 Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC Description: Our client is currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Copilot and other Microsoft 365 AI capabilities across the enterprise.
• Implement, administer, and maintain solutions developed using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Agents.
• Design and configure integrations between Microsoft AI technologies and enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow and other business applications.
• Support the development, deployment, and management of Copilot skills, plugins, connectors, and secure data access solutions.
• Evaluate new and emerging Microsoft AI features and services, assessing:
  • Business and enterprise applicability
  • Integration and technical dependencies
  • Security, privacy, and compliance considerations
  • Deployment, support, and operational impacts
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation guides, operational procedures, and deployment recommendations.
• Create and execute test plans, use cases, validation scenarios, and quality assurance activities, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Partner with architecture, security, compliance, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to implement solutions that align with enterprise standards and governance requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve platform, configuration, integration, and operational issues across Microsoft 365 AI services.
• Support the adoption, operational readiness, and ongoing optimization of emerging Microsoft AI technologies and capabilities.
• Contribute to the design of AI-enabled solutions by defining how users, systems, data sources, and Microsoft AI services interact within the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Monitor platform advancements and recommend enhancements that improve functionality, user experience, governance, and business value.
