Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates should ideally provide a GitHub, portfolio, or live website/work sample demonstrating React development.
• Seeking a Mern Stack Developer with approximately 5 7 years of experience.
• React.js and Node.js are the most critical technical skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL/SQL databases is required.
• Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks is expected.
• Candidate should understand AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic AWS infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications in production environments is important.
• Candidate should be comfortable with data refreshes, application maintenance, and ongoing enhancements.
• The primary project involves migrating existing R Shiny applications to React-based applications.
• Responsibilities will include rewriting/migrating existing code and building interactive web applications and dashboards.
• Developers will also support new dashboards, custom workflows, data updates, and smaller enhancements.
• Applications are highly interactive and include custom analytics dashboards and workflow automation.
• The team provides existing code, patterns, documentation, and requirements to accelerate development.
• The role supports custom data analytics solutions developed for Marsh clients.
• Insurance/claims or workers compensation domain knowledge is a strong plus but NOT mandatory.
• Strong communication, documentation, teamwork, and business-to-technical translation skills are important.
• Candidate should be able to work independently while collaborating with U.S. and offshore development teams.
• Experience using AI-driven development tools is preferred; candidates should be open to bringing innovative AI ideas to the team.
• Top priority: Strong hands-on React + Node.js + MongoDB/SQL development experience and the ability to build/deploy production-quality applications.
