Job Description

This is a Training LEAD, not a senior instructional designer. 

A candidate qualifies only if they have personally:
• Created the training strategy for a rollout.
• Built the project plan and owned it.
• Reported progress to the PMO or program leadership on a regular cadence.
• Managed a training team (any size).
• Owned the course and needs analysis for the full user population, not a single workstream.

Must-Have
• Ran the training effort as a Lead: created the strategy and project plan, reported progress to leadership, and managed a training team.
• 2+ years across SAP modules, S/4HANA strongly preferred, with hands-on end-user training on a real implementation.
• Owned course and needs analysis at the program level: scoped curriculum across roles and tracked development to completion.
• Strong grounding in Instructional Design theory and Adult Learning Principles.
• Experience coordinating Train-the-Trainer and end-user delivery.
• Can and will travel 50-75% to the Northeast HQ on reimbursement-only terms.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have
• Direct S/4HANA project experience; 3+ years across SAP modules.
• Professional Services / Big 4 consulting background.
• LMS experience, ideally Workday Learning.
• Content-authoring / simulation tools such as SAP Enable Now or WalkMe.
• Classroom training experience; Bachelor''s degree or equivalent.
