Senior Support Tech Lead: Platform Reliability

Melton City Council is seeking a Senior Support Technical Analyst to lead the IT Technical Analysts in delivering 2nd and 3rd line support and maintaining platform availability. This role focuses on operational excellence and improving citizen services within the Innovation & Transformation department.

You will mentor staff, develop resource plans, and apply COBIT, ITIL, Scrum and DevOps practices to drive service improvements across the organisation.
