• Enterprise, Solution, Data, Platform & Integration Architecture
• Data governance, modelling, MDM, data quality, lineage and metadata management
• Enterprise integrations, APIs, ETL, IAM, endpoint and asset management platforms

Essential Experience

• Significant enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture experience
• Proven CMDB & CSDM transformation experience
• ServiceNow data architecture and governance
• Experience leading ServiceNow architectural consultations
• Public sector or highly regulated industry experience
• Strong stakeholder management and governance framework development
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Essential
